Project description
ELDAC provides information, guidance, and resources to create holistic and person-centred care for older people in palliative care at the end of life.
They provide information including managing dying, supporting bereavement, and recognising the end of life, in the form of educational toolkits and videos. ELDAC’s information is tailored for nurse practitioners, educators, family members, and a variety of other audiences in both residential and home care.
