Project description
caring@home aims to increase the quality and timing of end-of-life care for patients who choose to, and are able to, die at home. The project offers practical and evidence-based online education modules to assist with providing personal care, managing end-of-life symptoms, and other resources to help people live their life comfortably. These resources are targeted at enrolled nurses, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health professionals.
