PCC was funded as a pilot by the Commonwealth Government and delivered by SA Health in collaboration with community organisations in South Australia. Between October 2023 and February 2026, PCC navigation services supported 2,023 people. As the pilot phase concludes, the suite of PCC services will be streamlined, with the PCC Statewide Navigation Service continuing to provide information and support to anyone living in South Australia.
