- University of Alabama (US) give you 10 steps to developing a journal club.

- palliAGED Improving Care section provides information for support nurses and care workers who provide palliative care in aged care
- For health and care staff there is a self-care template (83kb pdf) that can be used online or printed to develop your own plan
- For nurses there is information on promoting self-care and within an aged care team (83kb pdf). There is also a practice tip sheet that supports nursing staff dealing with grief and loss.
- For care workers, the Self-care Tip Sheet provides information on aspects of self-care and there is also information on experiencing grief and loss as a care worker in aged care.
